Job Overview:

The Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and delivering Embrace Center’s programs and services. This position involves overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and collaborating with staff, volunteers, and community partners to meet the needs of those we serve. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about creating positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and community needs.
  • Coordinate with staff and volunteers to deliver services effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor program performance, track outcomes, and prepare regular reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff, volunteers, and program participants.
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in program coordination, project management, or nonprofit work.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
